"Caplin Cares for a Cause" raised over $1000 for "4K for Cancer," an Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults program dedicated to raising awareness, uniting communities across the country, inspiring hope in those with cancer, and empowering young adults to aid in the fight against cancer.  Each May, volunteers participate in a 4,000 mile bike ride from Baltimore to San Diego, visit cancer treatment centers along the way, and host educational programs.  "Being able to support young adults affected by cancer makes this dream more impactful than I could have imagined it to be," said Billy Wright (pictured), a senior marketing major at West Virginia University who is part of a team of 30 students from various colleges taking part in this coast-to-coast adventure.
