Allegra Kauffman is an Associate in Caplin & Drysdale’s Complex Litigation and Bankruptcy practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kauffman practiced commercial litigation and antitrust at an international law firm in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Kauffman’s practice centers around representing individuals, corporations, and nonprofits in all aspects of litigation at both the state and federal level. In addition, she works to protect the rights and interests of creditors, tort claimants, and official creditors’ committees in mass tort bankruptcies.

While at Georgetown University Law Center, Ms. Kauffman served as an Editor for the American Criminal Law Review, as a student attorney for the Communications and Technology Law Clinic, and as a mentor for the Women’s Legal Alliance.
